Seth Rosner
Seth Rosner is President of NPI, the New York-based residential consulting firm founded in 2005 alongside the late development strategist Nancy Packes. For more than two decades, the company has advised on the design, development, marketing, leasing and sales of more than 100 high-rise buildings and over 50,000 units in the tri-state area, including The 212, Anagram Gowanus, New York by Gehry, VIA 57 West, One Boerum Place and Waterline Square. Clients include Alloy Development, Avery Hall, Apollo Global Management, Brodsky Organization, Douglaston Development, Forest City Ratner, Global Holdings, Lonicera Partners, RXR, Tankhouse, The Durst Organization, and Witkoff just to name a few.
In addition to helming NPI, Seth boasts an award-winning career in music, with Pi Recordings, a record label he founded twenty-five years ago. Along with his partner, Yulun Wang, Seth has established Pi as one of the most respected labels in its field. Pi’s artists have earned Pulitzer Prizes, MacArthur Fellowships, Guggenheim Fellowships and NEA Jazz Master honors.
In both real estate and music, Seth’s work rests on the same philosophy: careful curation and quality over volume.
